For returns and repairs, please contact our Office for an RMA Number. When contacting us, please provide the following information:

• Model Number(s)
• Serial Number(s)
• Date(s) of Purchase
• Reason(s) for Return

If a Technician Log Number has been provided by the Manufacturer’s Technical Support Department, please include that number in the information provided.
